Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will contact you via email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Snuggle Pet Store is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Snuggle Pet Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
